My eating today was a total disaster. I need to get my emotional eating under control.

One hour of DDR on Hard.
My resting heart rate is around 80 but I’ll have to retake my pulse after a good nights sleep. My target heart rate is estimated at 98–166bpm. My maximum heart rate is 195bpm. (source: American Heart Association) I am going to use the conversation method (if you can’t carry on a conversation, you’re working too hard) and see how it goes. If I am not seeing results I will get a heart monitor.
Hopefully my resting heart rate will drop a little bit.
