I nearly cried when the sun came out today. I appreciate the rain and what it’s doing for the critters, sentient and non, but ZOMG really!? Does it have to rain thirtyleventeen days in a row? We’re not out of it yet so I’m avoiding any sort of obsessive compulsive wheel-related activities. The whole car needs to be detailed and I should have waxed the wheels before I put them on but I wasn’t thinking. Oh well. Clay bar party, anyone?
I am on the CobaltSS.net forum and have been since I early 2006. I generally used it for research but I’ve gotten a little more involved in the community and I might even go to one of the meet-ups where I will, almost doubtlessly, be the only girl there. There are females in the community but I don’t think any of them are around here. Whatever, says Bug.
The parts for my stereo will ship in about 9 days. I’m stoked about that. When I make a video of the car (as modders are wont to do) and put it up on youtube I am going to mix it up a little. Almost everyone plays some sort of HipHop or Metal in their videos. Me… I’m breaking out some Tori, Pink, and Ani. Fear the vagina.

On a less materialistic front, I dropped out of therapy and decided to put more of my energy and resources into something more spiritually uplifting. While having your walls ripped down week after week can be constructive in new and exciting ways, it’s damn exhausting and I need a nice long break. I’ve been doing some body magic and meditations and visualizations and all sorts of really delicious stuff. I wish I could articulate it because I’m so so so excited…but like Pooh says very Thingish are quite different on the outside.
