Vegan Challenge - Day 20
We got a panini press today.
Oh man I love sandwiches. I bought some fresh dill and attacked it with some vegenaise. Vegan flax bread, sprouts, chik’n patty, dill mayo, roasted red peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Press. That was a mighty fine sandwich.

Vegan Challenge - Day 19
Aaaaaaaaaargh! Milk derivatives are killing me. They’re in everything. I’ve been mostly positive so far but I’m really tired of animal parts that are hidden in my food. Day 20 was much better.
What is the point of soy cheese that is flavored with milk?! Right. The point must be to MESS WITH PEOPLE.

I contacted Atlanta Bread Company on Saturday to see what on their menu was vegan and what wasn’t. Sadly, my tomato soup of DELIGHT is so not vegan. Happily, my favorite bread, nine grain, is.
