boring
it’s really feeling like about that time. the pivot blog is nearly what I want. just a little more and it’ll be sweet. then i think i’m going to get a paid LJ and setup RSS syndication and say fuckalottathis to crossposting. yeah.
new fall out boy is great. don’t tell anyone, but it really is my secret desire to be an emopunk kid.
this morning had that delightful spring feel to it. there is something really heady about the inbetween seasons and they’ve always made me excited to be alive. i’m sure i’ll come back out of the stratosphere when it does something fantastic like snow in 3 hours. The temperate zone is neato like that.
i like birds. i bought a suet cage and a block of suet. suet is rendered beef fat and i had somehow forgotten that. omg how gross. i love you birdies but i really can’t stand to open the package. luckily i found wintertime vegan suet for birds. why does everything have to be so gross, i mean seriously? i think i’ll halve that recipe and see what happens.
i’ve still got some budget for camera gear…i really can’t decide what to do. there is a telephoto zoom L series lens that is supposedly more fun than sex on a swingset. i was looking at a lens that was half as nice for $20 less. score for researching the everlovin shit out of everything. I think it will still have to wait though. I’m still getting acquainted with the gear i have. I’d rather have a remote, a spare battery, a macro lens, and a few other odds and ends.
still reeling somewhat from the concert. grim and i are going to try and see blitzkid in Johnson City at the end of Feb. Hopefully I’ll get to go.
I’m trying not to run out of steam around here because I was really productive last night…till 3am. so much to do. i’m also going to buy a ball of yarn and some small aluminum knitting needles and give that a go…again. oh and beads. and candle scents. my crafting empire awaits!
