What time is your alarm clock set for? Do you use the snooze button?

My TV is set for 5:55am so I can, if i choose, get up and do some crazy yoga with steve ross. the reason i don’t do it more….they always play the same music and his taste in music sort of sucks. BB King and some guy rapping in the background….that hip hop gospel stuff…ohgod. seriously, i’d rather be beaten to death with a pan flute.

My alarm clock is set for 8am. Buzzer. Loud. Annoying. Scares the puppies. Rarely paid any attention.
